Daily Devotional: March 30 – Spirit Flow

Your God has commanded your strength; Strengthen, O God, what You have done for us – Psalm 68:28

What God has done for us is give us His strength. His strength in us represents the Holy Spirt who He made available to us through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit takes His command from the Father and guides us. The Psalmist lets us know that the God has commanded our strength. This means He has already strengthened us through the Holy Spirit who gives strength to our efforts so that our efforts are crowned with glory Thus, if we want to operate in the strength of God, we must act in concert with the flow of the Holy Spirit. This means we do what the Spirit tells us to do, say what the Spirit tells us to say, go where the Spirit tells us to go. Should we choose to act contrary to the flow or leading of the Spirit, God’s strength is not in it, and the results are not as good as they could have been. Nothing but miracles happen when we are in the flow of the Spirit because the supernatural power of God flows with our actions. Let His Strength (Spirit) command your strength (efforts).

I do my best work when I flow with the Spirit
