Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God; Your Spirit is good. Lead me in the land of uprightness – Psalm 143:10
Knowing the general will of God is one thing, but knowing the specific will of God is quite another. The specific will of God is embedded within the general will of God. For example, we may know that God wants us to go minister in a particular nation in general. But the specifics of how to get there, where to stay, to whom we minister, and what message to bring are important things to know, for these are the details that determine whether we are successful in our mission. Too many times, we hear from God, and we go full steam ahead without pausing to get instructions; without asking God to teach us how to do His will. When Jesus sent out the seventy disciples, He gave them specific instructions on how they were to behave. We too need specifics! Failure to understand the specifics can lead to failure, which them makes us doubt whether we heard from God in the first place.
I will dig into specifics of the things God desires for me to do
