When a seed is planted in the right environment, it flourishes. Put the same seed in the middle of a desert and it will fail to grow. Though nothing is wrong with the seed, the environment makes all the difference. We all have seeds of greatness inside of us; we are all imbued with great potential. Yet, we must be in the right place for the potential we carry to be released. Are you in an environment where you are encouraged and supported or are you being put down every second? Are you being given a chance to show what you can do or have people already made up their minds about you? There is a grace upon your life that God has given you and cannot be taken away from you. Do not let the thoughts and attitudes of others shrink you and therefore make the grace of God on your life of no effect. Leave your current environment if you must, but make sure that no one stunts your growth or causes you not to fulfil your god given potential.
